Shipping Information
Standard Shipping — Free over $50
Delivery within 3-5 business days. Orders under $50 incur a flat $5.99 shipping fee. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Express Shipping — $12.99
Delivery within 1-2 business days. Available at checkout for continental US addresses. Orders placed before 2 PM PST ship same day.
International Shipping
We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Return Policy
We want you to love your AirSound Pro earbuds. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Products must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging
- Ear tips must be unused (hygiene policy)
- Return shipping is free for US customers — we provide a prepaid label
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Exchanges are available for different models or colors

Warranty Claims
Products with manufacturing defects are covered under our 1-year limited warranty. Contact support with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
